Lanternfish Theatre
Company
Formed by Tony Peters in 1997, Lanternfish is a professional touring theatre
company based at the Maltings Arts Theatre, St Albans.
We present exciting and original entertainment for children, as well Shakespeare and adaptations of classic novels which are related to the National Curriculum.
We aim to produce top quality theatre which is imaginative, stylish and original, with high production values, and to bring a visually exciting dimension to text based work.
All our work has a strong element of participation for the audience. The company tours to Schools, Theatres and Arts Centres across the South of England.

Our Friends in the Forest was commissioned by the Regional Arts Lottery Programme and Just So Stories commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council and supported by St Albans District Council.
More recent work includes Aladdin, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Robinson Crusoe and the Pirates.
