AN ELIZABETHAN EXPERIENCE
A troupe of colourful Elizabethan strolling players arrive at the theatre and set up a booth stage, as they would have done in Inn Yards. They soon learn however that members of their Company have got lost on the way but decide in the best theatrical tradition that 'the show must go on!' With Tudor music and dance, bold theatrical surprises and clear characterisation, they transport the audience to the magical woods in Athens.

A PARTICIPATORY PRODUCTION
This fully staged production of William Shakespeare's play is abridged to run for one hour. It is intended for a family audience and is aimed particularly at 7 to 11 year old's.

In this participatory experience children from the audience are invited on to stage to play the roles of fairies, lovers and rude mechanicals! Scenery, props and costume are utilised by a cast of three experienced professional actors, in a strongly physical, action packed theatrical event.
